Shipping by Purolator or Canada Post is free if you order a new machine from the Dyson Store. They strive to deliver the machine(s) within 2-7 business days, subject to availability. If you're in a hurry and need your machine, they also offer an express shipping option via Canada Post to larger cities-your order will be delivered within 2 business days. Simply choose the express shipping option when paying. Shipping for accessories and spare parts is $5.99. Orders will be sent by Canada Post within 2-7 business days.
If you want to return products you purchased from the Dyson Store within the first 30 days, contact them before returning them by email or phone. Dyson will cover the cost of returning new machines. You will receive a franked return label by e-mail. Just print it out and attach it to the outside of your return. Contact Purolator to arrange a pickup or leave at your local depot.
If your Dyson is covered by warranty and requires repair, this will be free of charge. If your Dyson no longer has a warranty or repairs are required for damage outside the normal living area, the service prices for posts or canisters are $166 plus VAT and $142 plus VAT (except engine). Dyson customer service is available 6 days a week except Sundays.
