If you wish to return purchased items, you can either return them by mail to our online store (online purchases only) or personally within 30 days to an Ever New shop in Canada from the delivery date. The original postage will not be refunded or postage will be refunded, unless the items are faulty or not as ordered. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by Ever New. Please contact Customer Service to arrange prepaid postage.
We recommend that you specify a delivery address where someone is available to receive your order. If no one is available to sign your order, Canada Post will leave a card in your mailbox asking you to pick it up at your local post office. In some cases, your package may be delivered to a Canada Post Parcel Locker for collection.
